We make every effort to keep our website stock accurate. Inventory is updated weekly and many items are also available for sale in our brick and mortar shop and on our eBay site. Note that this only applies to "In Stock" items, as Pre-Order/Special Order items ship at a later date.
In the case of an error, we may at our discretion either:
-Refund your order immediately if the item is unavailable and is not expected to be restocked soon.
-Hold your order for a reasonable amount of time and ship when it is complete. We will notify you if it is expected to take more than a week.
-Ship your partial order and refund the missing item.
-Ship your partial order and ship the missing item separately at no extra charge when it is ready..
If you have a preference, we are happy to accommodate it.
